BluePac New Jersey is the political committee of the employees and supporters of Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield of New Jersey that is funded solely by voluntary contributions. Funds contributed to BluePac are used to support candidates that advocate for sound health care policy, and share the company’s vision of broad access to quality, affordable care for all of our State’s residents. State regulations prohibit regulated companies, like Horizon, from using corporate funds for political campaigns, and contributions to organizations like BluePac are entirely voluntary.
